Welcome -I’m Kimmie Opoku
I’m the founder of Dynamic Coaching & Consulting, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), executive leader, wife, mother, and competitive bodybuilder.
For more than 20 years, my work has centered around helping people navigate change, overcome challenges, develop confidence, and perform at a higher level. But somewhere along the way, I discovered something that completely changed the way I coach:

I spent years successfully leading, coaching, working, mothering, and caring for everyone around me—while slowly losing pieces of myself along the way.
Life had also asked me to carry some incredibly hard things. I experienced five pregnancy losses, including the loss of my daughter, Hadassah. I learned how to keep functioning, achieving, and showing up even when I was hurting inside.
Eventually, I realized that surviving wasn't the same as truly living.
When I finally made myself and my health a priority, everything began to change.
Transforming my body wasn't just about losing weight or stepping onto a bodybuilding stage. I was rebuilding me—my confidence, discipline, energy, strength, and connection to the woman underneath all the roles and responsibilities.

Work with me
Sessions are conducted by Phone, FaceTime, Zoom. Corporate sessions are conducted in-person, on-site and during the weekends. I only work with clients who are committed to being held accountable, that show up 100% ready and present for each session, and are willing to break out of their comfort zone.
