Welcome! I'm Kimmie Opoku, the founder and creator of Dynamic Coaching based in Sacramento, California. As an experienced executive manager with over 20 years in the field, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous individuals in shaping and navigating their careers, homes, and lives.
Throughout my professional journey, I've collaborated closely with career executives and CEOs within the personal growth industry. My expertise lies in coaching various aspects of life, including home life skills, parenting, and career development. Today, my unwavering passion is to bring these proven practices directly to you.
A little about me...
My journey began with a successful career in the State of California, where I swiftly advanced into executive management roles. During this time, I honed my skills and knowledge, earning my professional certification from California State University, Sacramento and Executive Leadership Institute from Chico State University.
Currently, I hold the esteemed position of executive manager at the Office of Internal Affairs, The Civil Rights Office, where our primary mission is safeguarding the rights of individuals against unlawful discrimination. I am deeply committed to providing equal opportunities for everyone, striving to create a diverse and inclusive culture within our department.
However, my true calling emerged when I embarked on my coaching career, where I discovered my genuine passion for supporting parents and career executives. My focus expanded to encompass parenting strengths, career coaching, and resumé building. As I delved further into this realm, my passion for the coaching framework grew exponentially.
To validate and enhance my coaching expertise, I achieved the PCC credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a testament to my commitment to excellence in coaching. Additionally, I am a proud alumnus of the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an ICF-accredited coach training program renowned for its rigorous standards.
My coaching approach revolves around empowering individuals to overcome challenges, embrace their strengths, and achieve remarkable growth in both their personal and professional lives. Together, we will explore new possibilities and create a roadmap for your success.

How did I get started in Life Coaching?
Long before I stumbled upon my true purpose, I was trapped in a cycle of exhaustion and a desperate need to project an image of perfect organization to the world. However, beneath the surface, I felt utterly lost and chaotic. I had been so focused on making everyone else happy that I had neglected my own happiness in the process. It became evident that I needed to start taking better care of myself, and that realization marked the beginning of my journey towards understanding true joy and fulfillment as a working mother and woman.
It was during this pivotal time that I decided to seek guidance from a life coach of my own. In those transformative sessions, I was awakened to the power I had always possessed within me – a well of happiness and joy that I had grown accustomed to hiding and suppressing. The insights I gained left me ignited with a newfound passion for self-discovery. It was then, years ago, that I encountered a whole new version of myself.
Coaching, I discovered, is an extraordinary journey of self-exploration, filled with thought-provoking conversations, interactive exercises, and creative processes. I only work with clients who are committed to being held accountable, that show up 100% ready and present for each session, and are willing to break out of their comfort zone.
