My professional journey began with the State of California, where I advanced into executive leadership roles within civil rights and Equal Employment Opportunity. I earned certifications through California State University, Sacramento and the Executive Leadership Institute at Chico State, and I currently serve in executive leadership supporting civil rights and workplace equity.

That foundation shaped my deep commitment to fairness, accountability, and integrity.

But coaching revealed something even deeper.

Long before I stepped fully into this work, I was living in exhaustion — striving to appear organized, capable, and strong while quietly neglecting myself. I was so focused on doing everything well for everyone else that I forgot to care for me.

 

Everything changed when I hired a life coach.

 

Through that experience, I discovered that the clarity, joy, and power I was searching for had always been within me. Coaching didn’t “fix” me — it helped me see myself clearly. It helped me regulate, realign, and remember who I was.

 

That awakening ignited something permanent. Now, I help women and purpose-driven leaders embrace the “Let Them” philosophy, trust that all is well, and strengthen their capacity to lead themselves first. Whether you’re navigating career growth, motherhood, identity shifts, health transformation, or simply craving peace — this work is about coming home to yourself.

The empowerment I found through coaching made me stronger, more confident, more authentic, and more disciplined — in my work, my marriage, my motherhood, and even my health journey. I believe ambition and well-being can coexist. Strength and softness can coexist. Discipline and peace can coexist.
